Environmental Policies

At Data Laser Mail, we implement the following Environmental Policies:

• Recycle waste materials where possible
• Upon agreement with the customer, recycling of all leftover materials from mailings upon completion
• Encourage data cleansing to reduce unnecessary mail
• Manage mailing returns to capture gone-away recipients prior to recycling
• Use of overnight couriers to eliminate unnecessary same day transportation to help reduce emissions
• Premises are heated using fuel from a sustainable source. It comes in handy when receive inadequate pallets!
• We encourage staff to car share and use public transport, while a closed-door policy at the warehouse minimises heat usage.
